A roll-off container makes sense on a job that generates debris steadily for two weeks. It makes much less sense on a bathroom remodel that produces one concentrated pile on a Thursday, because you are paying for delivery, rental days and pickup on a container that sat empty for most of them.

Shingles, Weight and Why Roofing Is Priced Apart

Roofing tear-off is the one construction load that breaks volume pricing, and it is worth explaining rather than surprising you with. Asphalt shingles are dense - a square of tear-off runs two hundred to two hundred and fifty pounds, and a modest Great Falls ranch roof can be twenty-five squares with a second layer underneath from a re-roof done in the eighties. That is several tons occupying a fraction of the truck bed.

So shingles get quoted by weight, not volume, and we say so up front. If a quote for a roofing job looks unusually cheap, check whether that hauler has understood what is coming off the roof.

Do you take concrete and brick?

Small amounts yes. Large volumes of concrete, brick or dirt are heavy enough to need a dedicated load and separate pricing - send a photo and we will size it honestly.
